What we supply and how the orders work

Service 01

Cacao beans supply

We buy wet cacao from farms in Peñaplata, Kaputian and Babak, ferment in wooden boxes for five to six days, then sun dry on raised beds. Lots stay separate so you can reorder the same farm.

Service 02

Coffee beans supply

Robusta from island smallholders and native green beans from the higher barangays. We pulp, dry and hull on the island, and can roast light through dark before shipping.

Roasted to order, packed within 48 hours of roasting

Service 03

Tablea and local products

Tablea rounds pressed from our own cacao, nothing added. Sampaloc is bought in season and sold fresh or as sweetened paste. We can also source coconut sugar, banana chips and dried mango from island producers.

Service 04

Wholesale and farmer sourcing

For cafes, roasters and resellers ordering every month, we hold volume against your name and ship on a fixed date. We also take buyers to the farms when they want to see the drying beds themselves.

Order terms

The practical details buyers ask about first

Minimum order

20 kg for cacao and coffee, one box for tablea. No minimum on samples.

Packing

Jute sacks at 50 kg, food grade liners inside. Vacuum packs at 1 and 5 kg for retail buyers.

Lead time

Three to five days for stock on hand. Two to three weeks for lots we collect to order.

Delivery

Barge and truck to Davao City daily. Courier nationwide. Air and sea freight arranged for export buyers.

Samples

Send us your spec and we will send beans

Tell us the bean, the volume and the moisture you need. We courier a 500 gram sample anywhere in the Philippines within three working days, and by air freight for overseas buyers.
