What to include in your

enquiry.

A few details up front let me give you an honest assessment and a realistic timeline in my first reply.

✓ What the project is: a new build, a redesign, a fix, or ongoing support.

✓ Your website address, if one already exists.

✓ The platform and builder in use, for example WordPress, Elementor, Divi or WooCommerce.

✓ Design files or references, such as a Figma link or a short brief.

✓ Your timeline and any fixed deadlines.

✓ For agencies: whether the work is white-label, and how you prefer to hand projects over.

You do not need all of this to get started. Send what you have and I will ask for the rest.

How payment works

Every job is quoted before it starts, so you always know the price in advance. For small, clearly defined fixes, payment may be made after the issue has been resolved. Larger projects may require a deposit before work begins.
