Samal fermented cacao
Five day box fermented, sun dried on raised beds. Nutty with a clean acidity that chocolate makers keep coming back for.
Island robusta, green
Grown in the upland barangays, washed and dried on the island. Heavy body, low acidity, built for local brews.
Robusta, medium roast
Roasted in small batches on order. Dark chocolate and toasted grain, holds up in a milk drink.
Pure tablea rounds
Roasted, ground and pressed from our own cacao. No sugar, no filler. For sikwate, champorado and baking.
Sampaloc, season pack
Sour tamarind pods from backyard trees across the island, sold fresh in season and as sweetened paste year round.
Retail gift set
Tablea, a 250 g bag of roasted robusta and a jar of sampaloc paste in a printed box. Sold through our online store and island resorts.

A standing 300 kg monthly lot with agreed moisture and bean count, collected from four named farms.
